Create Your Request for Proposal:

You have three options to create a Request for Proposal (RFP) dealing with athletic events:

Option 1: Create Your Own RFP Online

Use our online form to submit your RFP to a member of the Peoria Area Convention and Visitors Bureau who deals with athletic events.

Option 2: Upload Your RFP

If you already have your meeting specs on an existing document, just submit your information below:
1. Click the Browse button and select your file. Your RFP must be in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
2. Type your email address in the box.
3. Click the Submit button.
