Conveniently located on the Peoria Riverfront off of I-74, the Riverfront Visitors Center is a great first stop on your visit to our area. Located in the city’s oldest commercial building, the center is staffed with helpful volunteers who can provide you with directions, maps, brochures and more.

MAJOR THOROUGHFARES

The main interstate into the Peoria area is I-74, which connects with I-474, I-55, I-155 and I-39.

Other major routes throughout the area include I-80, Rte. 26, Rte. 150, Rte. 24, Rte. 40, Rte. 29 and Rte. 116.
