Peoria Historical Society Holiday Home Tour

Saturday, December 6, 5-9 p.m.

Sunday, December 7, 1-5 p.m.

Tickets: $20 in advance or $25 at the door; $100 VIP tours also available

Your ticket provides you access to all homes on one or both days, and you are free to tour them as you please, within these time frames.


The PHS Holiday Home Tour is a much beloved tradition that showcases a number of private historic homes, each decorated for the holidays.

The following homes will be on this tour:


3121 N. Bigelow Street

1214 N. Institute Place

1414 W. Columbia Terrace

1105 W. Moss Avenue

1212 W. Moss Avenue

942 NE Glen Oak Avenue


Note that our two historic properties—the John C. Flanagan and Pettengill-Morron Houses—are part of the tour as well, each decorated in a holiday theme. A VIP Tour is also available, offering a premium experience with appetizers, drinks, and transportation via private bus to each house.
