Aqua sound bath is a holistic healing experience that combines the power of water and sound to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being. The experience involves floating in a pool while listening to sounds of crystal singing bowls. Participants are encouraged to bring their own floatation device and two towels, one for during class and one for after class.
