On DECEMBER 19 before the Fire Department's Santa Parade come out to Rotary Shelter at Washington Park for some Hot Cocoa and Cookies! We will be out there from 4:30-5:30 pm! Santa will make an appearance in the park prior to the WFD Santa Parade which starts at 5:30PM.
