Vibrations and sounds are created with the intention for relaxation and healing. Regroup, ground, and integrate with tea and talk.
A sound bath is all about deep rest, so come comfy. We have mats, bolsters, and blankets or chairs for you to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You’re also welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow.
