On a cold, clear, moonless winter night in the mythical town of Almost, Maine—“almost” because it’s more than wilderness but not quite a town—the northern lights dance above as the residents navigate, falling in and out of love in surprising, often humorous ways. This play, presented by the Theatre program, explores love, longing, friendship, and isolation through nine charming and quirky vignettes capturing the fable-like magic and sweet simplicity of stories shared around a New England campfire.
