Korean food is amazingly popular in America. It took us getting used to Sushi, Spring Rolls, and Pho, but Korean food finally made it’s big debut in America sometime in the 90s, and it is here to stay. And, like every great food awakening, it began with baby steps but is now taking its place among most established immigrant cuisines. American’s today can’t get enough! We’re celebrating the vibrant, flavorful food with a Korean feast of our own. We’ll make dishes such as: Bibimbop, Quick Kimchi, Sweet Potato Noodles with Stir Fry Veggies, Gimbap, Kimchijeon, Steamed Buns, Sweet and Spicy Chicken, Corn Cheese Skillet, Bao Buns and of course, Korean Barbecue.
