Love is the most powerful tool in the universe. Everything thrives and multiples in the presence of love. To be a flowing river of love, it all begins with us knowing how to love ourselves. The love cultivated within us provides the excess we can give others without depleting ourselves. Breathwork is a tool that offers every vital system in our body love: the gift of oxygen. We’ll use a 2-part moderately paced breath through the mouth in the session.

No experience is needed to participate in this 90-minute group breathing session. There will be a brief check-in and setup before the session, as well as an integration period at the end.
