Where: 1617 Valle Vista Blvd Pekin
What:We'll start with 7 minutes of breathwork and creating a manifestation mantra, 20 minutes of yoga (keeping that manifestation mantra in mind), followed by 30 minutes of a peaceful and releasing sound bath with crystal signing bowls and my new gong!
