You Da Man!! Men's Mental Health Expo

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and this year, we are focusing on men’s mental health. Join us May 25th from 1-4 for the You Da Man!! Men’s Mental Health Expo! This is a FREE event focused on promoting all the ways boys and men can prioritize their mental health, and how we can support them. We will have a panel discussion with men in the mental health field, a barber showcase, fitness training, kid-friendly activities and giveaways, raffles, vendors, a taco truck, and more!
