Obed + Issac’s Microbrewery and Eatery  {Peoria}  —  Located inside a renovated and historic church, Obed and Isaac’s opened its second location in the heart of Illinois in 2016. The Conn Hospitality Group Inc. continued their combination of historic architecture, delicious food and great beer from their first location in Springfield, IL, and found success in Peoria.

Pour Bros. Craft Taproom  {Peoria Heights}  —  Pour Bros. Craft Taproom is Illinois’ first pour-your-own taproom in Heritage Square features the popular Pour The Experience wall where guests can select and pour their own drinks with the swipe of a game card. Though not brewed onsite, the selection is well-curated with an ever-changing small-batch menu of craft beer, ciders, meads and amazing handcrafted cocktails.

Rhodell Brewery  {Peoria}  —  A regional brewery tour isn’t complete without visiting the granddaddy of them all, Rhodell Brewery. Since opening its doors in 1998, Rhodell's started with three beers on tap. Now offering 13 beers that rotate regularly, this brewery prioritizes small-batch flavor to bring guests the best in ales, lagers, stouts and IPAs.

Kellogg Golf Course  {Peoria}  —  With bent grass fairways, sand bunkers and a putting green, in Peoria is a 18 hole championship course that is sure to put you in a good mood!  If you get hungry, stop by their snack shop. You can also visit the pro shop to browse the latest golf gear.

Metamora Fields Golf Club  {Metamora   —  Looking for another traditional course? Pay a visit to Metamora Fields Golf Club, a 8 hole championship course located just east of Peoria. This course features a blend of holes for all levels of players, with a design believing in the themes of straight forward shots and traditional play. While you’re there, grab a bite to eat at The Fields Restaurant. 

Pine Lakes Golf Club  {Washington}  —  Located just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria, Pine Lakes Golf Club in Washington is an 18 hole public golf course featuring tree-lined fairways. Celebrate post-game by grabbing a drink on the deck of the clubhouse bar, which overlooks the 18th hole.

Quail Meadows Golf Course  {Washington}  —  Get ready to spot some wildlife at Quail Meadows Golf Course. You will surely enjoy your game on this course featuring beautiful scenery, water, and many naturalized areas that are home to a variety of birds and animals. While you’re there, get some extra practice at the golf simulator or driving range.

WeaverRidge Golf Club  {Peoria}  —  Enjoy views of rolling hills, valleys and beautiful homes. This 18 hole championship public golf course is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and is great for players of all ages and abilities, featuring fast and true greens, elevations and practice facilities.

SPORTING EVENTS

Bradley Athletics  {Peoria}  —  Bradley University sponsors 15 NCAA Division I teams, all competing in the Missouri Valley Conference. Bradley is Peoria's hometown team and the Braves host competitions throughout the city in the sports of Baseball, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track, Men's and Women's Golf, Men's Soccer, Softball, Women's Tennis and Women's Volleyball.

Peoria Chiefs  {Peoria}  —  The Peoria Chiefs - the proud Class-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals! Head on out to Dozer Park to see the future stars of major league baseball from spring through the fall. Looking for a game to catch? Visit the Peoria Chiefs website for the team schedule!

Peoria Rivermen  {Peoria}  —  One of the longest running hockey teams in North America, is proud to call the Peoria Civic Center (Carver Arena) and Downtown Peoria home for over the past 40 years. The Peoria Rivermen have been in continuous operation since the 1982-83 season (one of the the 7th longest continually operating minor league hockey franchises in North America). 

Peoria City Soccer  {Peoria}  —  Peoria City is Peoria’s own USL League Two pre-professional soccer team. With more than 70 teams in the US and Canada, the USL League 2 is composed of young players furthering their professional development while maintaining collegiate eligibility. All home games are played at Shea Stadium.
