If someone says “American Cuisine” the first thing that typically comes to mind is a big burger and crispy french fries. The Burger is regarded by many people as America’s national dish, and for good reason! Americans eat about 50 BILLION burgers per year. And for good reason- burgers are absolutely, completely, ridiculously delicious. We may not be a land of fancy food, but we sure got something right when we made the cheeseburger our staple diner dish. To be considered a burger, the sandwich needs to be made of some kind of ground meat between bread.
We’d like to push those requirements to the limit, and make some creative burger and fry combinations of our own! We’ll make burgers such as: Korean Pork Burger with Quick Kimchi, Herbed Goat Cheese Burger with Grilled Mushrooms, 50/50 Bacon Burger, Jalapeno Turkey Burger with Grilled Corn Relish, a Salmon Burger with Lemon Garlic Aioli, Pimento Cheese Stuffed Burger, and even a Vegetarian Chickpea burger that every meat lover will enjoy! Of course, we’ll be making several varities of fries to pair with every burger! We’ll make the classic Potato and Sweet Potato fries, and then do some funky ones like Green Bean Fries and Healthy Carrot Fries! Other countries may tease us for having simple taste, but no man alive can deny that those burgers all sound amazing! Come learn to break out of that old burger routine with new and vibrant flavors!
