Mindful movement with attention to breath. Increase strength, mobility, and balance. Meditation and breath work are interspersed throughout. All are welcome; no previous yoga experience required. Chairs are available and poses can be adapted for those who have injuries or trouble getting up and down from the ground. Please bring your own mat if possible.
