Mothers and Grandmas deserve the world and then some! We can give back to them just a bit this year on Mother’s Day with a beautiful dessert! In this class, we’d like to demystify the process of achieving beautiful, effectively decorated cakes. We will teach all the basic techniques needed to decorate a cake similar to the one shown here, with your own personal style! Techniques include Tinting Icing, Crumb Coating, and Various Piping and decorating skills. Cakes will be baked ahead and provided for you. All supplies for decorating are provided for the class. The cakes are French vanilla flavored. Even someone who has never decorated a cake before can leave with a beautiful cake after this class to set on the center of the table at Mother’s Day! *If your child is below age 12, you should buy the adult and child ticket to come with them. Cake décor can be a little tricky for beginners and it is a great experience to share together!
