The Peoria Train Fair returns to the ICC East Peoria campus for a full day celebrating model railroading and railroad history! Sponsored by Pekin’s River City Model Railroad Club, this popular annual event offers something for hobbyists, collectors, families, and anyone curious about trains.
Explore operating model railroad layouts that showcase what’s possible in the hobby, featuring multiple scales including Lionel, G, O, HO, N, and Z. Kids can take a turn as engineers in the popular “Run a Train” activity, where they’ll get hands-on experience running a train on a small layout.
Browse vendor tables filled with new and used model railroad items, parts and supplies, DVDs, videos, books, photos, and real railroad memorabilia—including hats, shirts, patches, pins, and more. It’s a great place to discover unique gifts, learn about the latest products, and chat with knowledgeable enthusiasts.
Refreshments will be available, parking is free, and all proceeds support the River City Model Railroad Club and its mission to promote the model railroading hobby.
