ART, Inc. was born during December 2018 and given to the Peoria community as a way to foster, encourage and strengthen it. Be warmly greeted by the owners, Nikki and Jonathan Romain and their staff as well as the nationally-recognized art hung throughout. This sprawling three-story building is a former Peoria District 150 school. This couple's joy is investing in kids and it is apparent in all that they do.
