At Bittner’s Eureka Meat locker we are known for our quality custom processing. We have a full retail shop that is stocked with local meat from our farmers. In 2005 Bittner’s Meat Company became the only “processing facility” in the state of Illinois to receive its Organic Processing Certificate.
