Cesar Vargas was born and raised in Peoria. He comes from an entrepreneurial family that motivated him to always work hard. His love for his city and his heritage has been his biggest inspirations.
Because of those inspirations, Cesar now owns and operates Casa De Arte, located in the Warehouse District in downtown Peoria, and brings a creative way to the restaurant scene. The restaurant offers a delicious menu with vegetarian options, like the tasty mushroom tacos.
Cesar and his wife Karla have a great love for the arts and are big supporters of the arts in the community. Casa de Arte also serves as a gallery for local artists and supports them in selling their art.
