We are a local company through and through. Since we started in 1954, our goal always has been to provide the best local meat – everything from beef and pork to poultry and other livestock. We source our products from local farmers, many who have been raising livestock for decades. Along with being good for the local economy, supporting local farmers has environmental and health benefits as well.
Meat is what makes our Raber’s special, and that’s because we don’t sell just any meat. We source our meat locally which means better flavor. Supermarkets typically get their meat from industrial farms. Local farmers put more time and care into their livestock, and many grass feed their animals organically with no antibiotics or preservatives. The end result is juicier, more flavorful meat that’s healthier than supermarket-bought meat.
