Hector Munoz and his family migrated from Guadalajara, Mexico to East Peoria when he was 15 years old. He has fond memories of growing up in East Peoria and always enjoyed being an active member of the community.
Coming from a family of great cooks, Hector always enjoyed cooking and creating exciting dishes of his own. Tequila’s Mexican Bar & Grill, located in the Levee District, is one of Hector’s greatest accomplishments. He enjoys serving the community and seeing customers return.
Hector is excited for the growth he has seen in the community and looks for ways to keep contributing.
